Refund And Cancellation Policy

ULTIMATE will provide services to the customer on a state of the art integrated delivery platform by our TECHNICIANS which allows us to support your computer(s) remotely or through chat, mail and phone, by way of a visit to your house by providing a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as follows:-

Applicable for incident based plans.

>Full refund will be given if issue not resolved>
>No refund after 15 calendar days of purchasing the plan.


Applicable for Subscription based plans.

>Full refund will be issued if ULTIMATE has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 calendar days of the subscription
>If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable.
>ULTIMATE may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.
>No refund after 15 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
